I am better!

Sew I have been sick for about a year. All of this Chronic Sinusitis has made me a crazy lady. BUT I finally feel good! It is worth dancing and singing about all day!

I have a few projects I will share with you. They are all so different. I have started creating quilts from Edyta Sitar of Laundry Basket Quilts. She has inspired me to use up my stash. So these scrappy quilts are awesome. The trick that I learned from Edyta is to go ahead and mix up your scraps. The key is in the color you choose to anchor your work. In the cabin quilt it is the red triangles. In the bird quilt the checkered boarder has all white to the inside and blue along the outside.

I also had a kit for a Christmas table runner. a crayon pack for mommies and I learned how to make clutch purses. I am sort of into the notion of creating handbags. I will have to write more on that later.
